BODYJAM 45 features a bunch of wicked styles kicked off with an amazing Warmup Track - the Freemasons’ 9-minute remix of Kelly Rowland’s Work. This sets the scene for a monumental release. The track moves seamlessly bouncin’ from Club to Hip Hop, finishing on a massive club high.

The brand new Roppongi Line Dance comes all the way from Tokyo. Created at 4am in party mad Roppongi, it’s Line Dancing BODYJAM styles! A thumping track from Janet Jackson takes you into the Hip Hop block that’ll get the flava bouncing in your club as you recreate that Velvet Rope-Dancer feel.

Contemporary Rock is back, this time with a harder, edgier sound from Rage Against The Machine and The Prodigy. This will stimulate your senses, ignite your inner dance and challenge your perceptions of what can be achieved in a group fitness class. You’ll wanna throw yourself into the Butterfly Jump which may just be the most beautiful jump ever seen in BODYJAM.

Recover to the beautiful R’n'B track by The Dream before sounds from all around the world (Paris, Miami, Sweden and Germany) transport us into Global Electro. The stepping 70s’ Disco style of Jocelyn Brown provides the perfect Groove Down for BODYJAM 45 - coming at ya from the Les Mills Global Summit.

FITNESS INDUSTRY FIGHTS THREAT TO GROUP EXERCISE!

Fitness centres that play music for group exercise classes face massive increases to copyright licence fees from the PPCA, a move that threatens the future of group exercise. The original proposed copyright price increases were in excess of 3000% more (yes, three thousand percent) than the current rate of 94c per class.

This is clearly not acceptable or affordable for the fitness industry and we need your support to fight it!

October 2007: Lauretta Stace meets with John Howard, Julia Gillard and Tony Abbott to discuss the importance of Operation MUSIC to the Fitness Industry in Australia | Visit the ‘News’ page for an update on our fight.

Get on the floor with BODYJAM™ 44!

This latest release is the maddest, craziest class yet and features some of the best music to date.
From Kanye to Conga, Black Box to Beyoncé, BODYJAM™ 44 will have your class screaming and sweating in syncopated style.

This is by far the simplest, easiest to learn, easiest to teach, easiest to feel BODYJAM™ release ever. But there are still plenty of combos to keep you guessing!

As soon as the Latin furor that is Conga hits you’ll turn into a carefully crafted Latin machine, swinging those hips to a taught Mambo. Look out for the Candy Lane – a move named after the well known NZ ballroom dancer. Before long you’ll be dancing like a world-class Latin dancer.

The Hip Hop block with the likes of Chris Brown, Wyclef Jean and Missy Elliot will have your class getting buck wild. You’ve gotta give flava in your arms during the B-Boy Stance and get ready to show some agro attitude in the Kris Kross and the Gun Pop. The Drunken Beyoncé bridge is definitely a highlight.

Your heart rate will drop to the smooth soundz of Kanye West before House Dance is elevated to a whole new level, taking footwork and flavas straight outta the club and into your class! Retro House features the House Lean flava’d up into BODYJAM™ style and will have your class going bonkers!

Overview
Your sign is Monkey.

Monkeys enjoy an excellent rapport with everyone they meet and revel in the stability of their love relationships. Where wealth is concerned, you are the second luckiest sign in the zodiac, coming only after the Rooster.

Your reading:
Monkeys enjoy an excellent rapport with everyone they meet and revel in the stability of their love relationships.

Even in the absence of a lucky star in your constellation, you will continue to get the help you need from others. Where wealth is concerned, you are the second luckiest sign in the zodiac, coming only after the Rooster. If you are born in spring or summer, grab the new opportunities that come your way.

Love relationships are set to get more complex for Monkeys this year. Male Monkeys will indulge in unsavory two-timing when they fall in love with two ladies at the same time and cannot make up their minds who to choose. If you are a female Monkey you will find yourself competing with other temptresses who are vying for the attention of your eye candy. While all this is fair game for Monkeys who are foot-loose and fancy-free, those Monkeys who are in steady relationships should tread with care. Handle all romantic liaisons wisely else your relationship mismanagement could spill over onto your career and affect it adversely.

You will find yourself the focus of gossip-mongers in the first half of the year. Monkeys born in autumn and winter, who have poor luck this year will be particularly affected and will find this tittle-tattle about them detrimental to their career progress. You can offset these harmful effects and improve your interpersonal relationships by placing a glass of water in the center grid of your home. This center grid represents relationships. Then take a pink object and place it in the West grid, which is the location that represents arguments and gossip. This has the effect of diluting the negative energy and minimizing the potential damage caused by the scandals.
